Signed number 88 of 100 1983 special edition copies the yankee magic collector no. 1 edited by bob schoof and ed hill no reserve! As described on the new england magic collectors association home website the yankee magic collector is the official journal of nemca, published every two years to coincide with the yankee gathering of that year. Each issue contains a broad range of articles on topics of interest to magic collectors and historians. Contributing authors are some of the world's leading magic historians and collectors. hTis first issue of the yankee magic collector features articles by h. Adrian smith, jerry fields, ronald p. Dutton, herb downs, etc. Features blakc and white photographs and drawings throughout. This softcover book si 59 pages long. Book is in overall excellent condition, with only very light rubbing and a few vrey small, faint scattered soil marks to the covers and spine. Interior si clean. As with ayn book this old, some ageing and minor imperfections should be expected, as well as the possibility of unobtrusive prior owner's notations, inventory control numbers and / or signatures. A note to our international bidders please keep in mind that not all of the costs associated with out-of-country shipping are just for the bare costs of the postage itself. With the cost of gasoline being what it is these days, it costs me over $5.00 in gas and wear and tear on the car alone to make the special trip to the post office that is required because of customs forms, not to mention the additional time (usually an additional hour or more, round trip). Also, several times i have taken the packages for out-of-country shipment to the post office, only to be told that the postage was more than what was charged by the ebay calculator and more than what wsa quoted by their own usps online calculator. Another consideration is the cost of packing materials (tape, packing foam, etc. ). This is why i have 2 statements in the listing to please click on the shipping calculator to determine your cost to ship this item before you bid so there are no surprises. I put them there so there would be no surrpise as to the cost to ship these items after the fact. Please understand that i do not like these high costs for long distance shipping postage and the associated costs any more than you do, but i have to pay for them.
