And welcome to any one i haven't done business with -yet! I am about 2/3 way through the collection, with about another 6 to 8 months to go, so stay tuned. nAd now, on to todays item. Lot of two richard osterlind booklets 1999 ifrst edition osterlind's dynamic mysteries and 1999 three miracle routines no reserve! Osterlind's dynamic mysteries a collection of practical high-impact effects written by jeff busby and richard osterlind. Small, softcover booklet is 99 pages long. Includes a few scattered balck and white illustrations. Contents include audience-tested table-hopping magic, jaw-dropping card miracles, brain-busting close-up mentalism, and powerful feature mental routines. Three miracle routines by richard osterlind and jeff busby. This si a reprint of the booklet originally published in 1986, which quickly sold out. Routines include the challenge glass of water production, the miracle flying signed cards, and the borrowed ring in balloon dog. Features black and wihte illustrations throughout. Booklet is 71 pages long. Both of these booklets are in near mint to mint condition! Binding is tight lightly shaken, hinges are tight cracked starting, covers and spine are lightly rubbed, no loose, torn or missing pages that i saw, interior is clean except for an old signature and faint price on the 1st blank page. The dust jacket is protected with a brodart, paper backed, plasti-kleer brand mylar. All in all, this book si in great condition.
As with any book this old, some ageing and minor imperfections should be expected, as well as hte possibility of unobtrusive prior owner's notations, inventory control numbers and / or signatures. With the cost of gasoline being what it is these days, it costs me over $5.00 in gas and wear and tear on the car alone to make the special trip to the post office that is required because of customs forms, not to mention hte additional time (usually an additional hour or more, round trip). Also, several times i have taken the packages for out-of-country shipment to the post office, only to be told that the postage was more than what was charged by the ebay calculator and more than what was quoted by their own usps online calculator. Another consideration is the cost fo packing materials (tape, packing foam, etc. ). I put them there so there would be no surprise as to the cost to ship these items after the fact.
